LGU Carrascal and DENR-CENRO teamed up for a heartwarming Tree Hugging Activity that proves the best kind of love is with Mother Nature.
Said Tree Hugging campaign serves as a symbolic gesture which recognizes the ecological significance of trees and the many benefits they offer to our health.An Information, Education, and Communication Campaign (IEC) session and Tree Planting Activity at Brgy. Adlay, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur were also conducted to communicate further the role of trees in climate change and as a wildlife habitat.
Indeed, every tree we hugged is a step toward a greener future!
