The Local Government Unit of Carrascal headed by Mayor Vicente H. Pimentel III, together with Provincial Governor Alexander T. Pimentel, Congressman Romeo S. Momo, and other provincial leaders, led the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of a Multi-purpose Building (Municipal Gymnasium)- Phase 1 worth 100 Million. This project is poised to be the biggest gymnasium in the entire district and is expected to seat 3000 people.
In a message, Mayor VJ Pimentel expressed his gratitude to the efforts and dedication poured out by leaders in the province through Congressman Romeo S. Momo, Sr., and Governor Alexander Pimentel, as well as to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), in ensuring the realization of the colossal project.
