The Municipality of Carrascal has officially turned over a one-unit greenhouse project to Carrascal National High School (CNHS). Funded through the 20% Development Fund, this ₱2,000,000 project marks a milestone as the first of its kind in schools across Surigao del Sur, integrating modern agricultural technology and innovative production systems.
